Applying for a credit Card?

im going be 16 years old this saturday coming up because my birthday is May 14th...I've tried applying for a credit card from orchard bank the ast week or april because they said it takes 2 week to receive some type of letter idk if it's the approval letter or what but i was suppose to receive a letter & its past 2 weeks now but i think it didn't go through because i didn't put the correct year i was born instead of me putting 1995 i put 1993 so if my birthday is saturday coming could i apply again for the credit card or just wait until i turn 16
