I keep having dreams while pregnant and i wake up shaking?

for the past two nights i have had dreams of my husband and i really fighting where it ends up in my dream im so pissed off im shaking and then i wake up subconsciously and feel my hands shaking im 25 weeks pregnant and this is making me nervous cause idk if im hurting the baby at all a drunk guy fell on my tummy last night and i went in to the Dr's and they put a heart monitor on my tummy to listen to the baby they did a u/s and vaginal u/s to check my cervix and what not so idk if it could be because of that either. after i wake up i still feel kinda shakie but im not shaking at all ugh has anybody else had this please help
