He kissed me, and then he left...?

So, i have been friends with this guy, for forever, and he just graduated, i still have one year left of high school. Him and his family are going on vacation for basically the whole summer, and then he is leaving for university, so on his way to the airport ast night, he came over to say goodbye, but then he kissed me. And immediately after he did so, he got back in the car and left. He wont talk to me about it or anything. What is going on here? I don't really know how to handle the situation.
