Which draft pick of all time is the biggest steal ever?

I think for sure it has to be Manu Ginobili. Alot of people say Kobe or Roy or stuff like that but no one ever mentions Manu. Im not a big spurs fan but Manu is for sure the biggest steal in NBA History. Ya wanna kno what pick he was THE 57TH. YEA 57TH. He was selected in the 1999 NBA Draft. And back then there was only 58 picks. This 3x NBA Champion. .2x allstar . and 2x all nba third team barely even made the NBA..... AMAZING
