Could I be a germophobe?

I already suffer from OCD, but I'm afraid I might have mysophobia (fear of germs) as well. I refuse to pet my dog (or any dog, for that matter), I've considered shaving my head to I never have dirty hair (I'm a girl), I won't eat food unless my mom made it, I carry hand sanitizer with me everywhere, I get out of bed and wash my hands up to 7 times a night, I can't walk around barefoot, I wash my hands vigorously after shaking hands with someone, and I won't breathe in around my sister's friends when they come over and idk why.
