Something like this can take months to years. Its not only about that. Your body can only do but so much when it comes down to genetics. Eat 1g of protein for each lb of muscle you have. For you I think if you keep around 60g a day ur doing good. Lift the most amt of weight you can with the smallest amt of reps. If you get too much protein it cn damage ur kidneys so be careful with that. Good luck :)
