Conjugated bilirubin, gamma-glutamyl-transpeptidase (GGT) and serum albumin (the A of A/G) are principally made in the liver. Aspartate transaminase (AST) is made in many tissues including liver cells. So the elevated enzymes and bilirubin all point to liver damage as does a low production of albumin. So B. Cirrhosis is the likely answer.
