Can i join the royal airforce on an ancestral visa?

Hi I have been living in london for the ast 3 years and want to join the royal airforce/navy/ militry so I can be part of the air force side of them. I was wondering if I would be considered to any of these positions if I am on a britich ancestral visa ?? HELP
