How long for Liver Enzymes to return normal after....?

I quit drinking for 2 months and they became normal, AST and ALT are the main concern. On May 21 Sat and Sun May 22 I drank approx. a total of 15 beers. Might they return normal by June 1st if I keep it clean, healthy with water and good diet?
