Problems after gallbladder removal someone help?

I had my gallbladder taken out a week ago ,, when it was over i woke up shaking and in pain i guess thats normal but when i went home i started getting chest pain and i have been having this on and off with difficulty breathing and 2 days after my docter said i have no restrictions i tried to smoke a cig well u know what happened next same **** just more severe , any one now what dis is the chest pain gets to about a 4 on a one to 10 wich is why i am hesitant to seek medical attention any suggestions
