What is wrong with me !?

hi im going to add a fun game for u all to play its called whats wrong with me hell im even going to give you my test results ^^ im tired all the time have low sex driver fat got boobz (got that fixed ) got hair like an-ape have deepish voice got out of school jopless got no girl friend now for the test results got a starting osteoporosis low testosterone 166 out off 1000 but with a normal LH , low FSH but with a 40mill sperm low igf1 but with a 173cm tall body got a pituitary microadenoma on the wall of it but all the other hormones are in range TSH ,cortisol, prolactin,creatinine,ALT,AST,G­lucose,ch…‡ and all that sh!t are in range so what do u think i got ^^ gee if i forgot some thing plz ask me im here all day ^^
