Could I Be Dyslexic? ?

I'm 12 and I was watching Shake It Up on Disney channel and one of the main charecters cece pretty much came out and told her best friend she was dyslexic. I didnt know what that ment so I looked up the symptoms and I had a lot of them like, I mess up words when I talk, and I have a mad fear of reading out loud because I'm afraid I'll mess it up. Then I took a online test and it said I have a strong indication of dyslexia. I don't know how to tell my parents but I want to know if I have it or not. What should I do?!
